Roofed Pole to a traveler Antanas Poška in the village Gripkeliai

This oak pole to a traveler, scientist and writer Antanas Poška (1903–1992) was built in his native village Gripkeliai (the eldership of Saločiai). A folk artist Vidas Skinderskis carved the monument and it was unveiled on the 10th May 2003 to commemorate the 100th birth anniversary of Antanas Poška.
